CDP is an annual reduced-fee savings plan for families and individuals that allows all CDP Members to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices. Unlike conventional insurance plans, with CDP there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. CDP benefits coverage begins immediately on plan registration. Benefits are effective for 1 year after the date of registration.
Benefits include
A CDP Membership is $195 for an initial plan member... and only $145 for each additional plan member. Eligible additional plan members include spouse, domestic partners and dependent children (up to age 25). All plan membership fees are payable in full at time of registration and are non-refundable. Plan duration is for one year from registration date. Membership fees must be paid via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Interest-free payment options are available on request for discounted services only. When a payment option is used, a 9% service fee will be included. Please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you must change a scheduled appointment reservation.
